eTRACK SERIES
The eTRACK drill bits are designed for universal use for various drilling operations at abrasive rock formations. Tungsten carbide inserts along the leg shirttail guarantee highest reliability in long hole sections.
• Cutting Structure: Depending on the formations hardness these bits have steel teeth as their cutting structure. Hardfacing is applied along steel teeth including those in the heel row to provide maximum wear resistance and increased ROP.
• Bearing: Open, sealed roller or sealed journal bearing. Sealed bearing is filled with grease to reduce friction coefficient in the bearing, its overheat and wear
• Circulation System: Open central port or side jets.
• Leg shirttail protection: Hardfacing on leg shirttail along the leading edge and TCI on 2/3 of the leg shirttail.
• Cone gage: Tungsten carbide inserts can be added for additional protection.
