The Vacuum degasser, also called Negative Pressure Degasser, is a solids control equipment to handle gas cutting of the drilling fluid. It removes the small bubbles of gas left in the mud and is vital to normalize mud proportion and stabilize mud performance. Normally, vacuum degasser is also matched with slurry recycling clarification systems.
